Xtreme Fitness Bootcamp Classes

Taking this class 2-3 times a week will strenghten and tone your entire body. This 50 min class will give you that boost you need to start feeling strong and good about yourself. Boost your self confidence well shedding pounds.  The bag work releases stress and frustration, while enhancing your offensive and defensive tactics. With guidance and support you will be setting personal goals including; losing weight, losing inches, toning up, increasing strength, speed, and stamina.

Zumba

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high energy latin, international and todays beats. Get fit and increase your energy level. It is easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

Boxing Bootcamp

Old school boxing technique instruction combined with drills to hone your entire body and up your cardio endurance.
